Product Description

2× Hieff Unicon™ TaqMan SNP Genotyping Master Mix is a fluorescent quantitative TaqMan SNP typing premix using the company's new generation antibody method to thermally initiate Taq DNA Polymerase. This product contains genetically modified hot-start Taq DNA Polymerase, which greatly improves sensitivity and specificity, and promotes the efficient amplification of low-concentration templates. This product can be used for genotyping and multiplex quantitative analysis of genes.
