Product Description

Hieff NGS™ Library dilution buffer is a library diluent, which is used to dilute the final Library of different kinds of Library Building Kits. Do not use water or te as diluent. The diluted library and thawed DNA standards (12307ES09) shall be stored on ice. The library shall be diluted and discarded after use. This product can be matched with qPCR Master Mix (cat#12302). It can efficiently and specifically amplify samples with different lengths and different GC or at contents, and realize accurate quantification.

Shipping and Storage

All the components are shipped with ice pack and should be stored at -20°C.
