Product Description

This buffer is specially designed for the high resolution gradient precast adhesive (Cat#36245-Cat#36256), for the high resolution gradient precast Gel, this product has better electrophoresis effect, effective for denatured protein electrophoresis. 

The product is provided in powder form. Before use, ddH2O can be fixed to 20 mL and prepared into 25× mother liquor, and then diluted into 500 mL in proportion of 25 times Solution; Or directly add 500 mL water, with 1× solution for use.

Shipping and Storage

 The product is shipped at room temperature and the powder can be stored at room temperature for more than 2 years.

Cautions

1. The product should be used with YEASEN high resolution gradient precast adhesive (Cat# 36245-Cat#36256), not recommended with other precast adhesive.  

2. This buffer contains SDS and is used for Denatured protein electrophoresis.

3. For your safety and health, please wear lab coat and disposable gloves to operate.
